Workout log for June 3-June 9:
June 3: 5.35 miles (1 mile walk with Izzy, 4.25 mile neighborhood run)
June 4: 3 mile run on trail, strength circuit (10 min)
June 5: rest
June 6: 60 min FlyBarre class (hurts SO good!)
June 7: 50 min, 5 mile trail run with Kim!
June 8: 1 mile walk with Izzy
June 9: 50 min, 6.25 mile bike ride with the hubs (challenging for me…I am not that great of a biker!)
