Workout log for Week 9 (March 4-10):
March 4: 1000 rep workout
March 5: 46 min, 5 mile treadmill routine
March 6: rest
March 7: 50 min, 5 mile treadmill routine
March 8: rest
March 9: Fitsugar.com workouts: Cardio warmup (10 min), Get into your skinny jeans (10 min), Workout for tank top arms (10 min), Core/stretch (10 min)
March 10: rest
Total mileage for the week= 10 miles
So I didn’t hit my goal this week of workout out 5x/week, but I feel like the workouts that I did get in were definitely good ones. In fact, I am still SUPER sore from yesterday’s Fitsugar.com workouts..I think the “skinny jeans” ones did me in. UGH! I’m waddling around like an old lady!
