This week’s workout involved a mix of Jillian and treadmills routines…but with this amazing weather today, I’m hoping to get outside for a run! WOO HOO!

Thanks :-) Yeah I could not believe it was 50 plus. In January. In Chicagoland. Crazy! I ended up running in the neighborhood– did you get a chance to run outside today? Hopefully we will get another one of these days soon!
I did run outside Friday and Saturday in the weirdly warm weather. And now I am about to venture out to check out this ice/snow combo… that may not last long! ;)
