Shopping for jeans is always so difficult for me and I always have trouble finding a cut/style that fit me just right. I had heard good things about Silver Jeans before, and when given the opportunity to review them, I jumped at it!
I selected the Tuesday Low Boot Cut Dark Wash jeans. Not gonna lie, I was a little skeptical trying on “regular” jeans at 19 weeks pregnant. But much to my surprise, they fit! I ordered a size up in the waist and went for a low rise and a cut that flattered a straight build, which helped a lot. I miscalculated my length size (I’m 5’5″ and got 33), so they are a tad long on me, but I wore heels here to help.
They are made from a super stretchy denim, which is seriously a prerequisite for any jeans I buy. SO comfy and forgiving. And look at that contrast stitching and whiskering- great detail!
I’ll definitely be wearing these jeans a lot—especially post baby when I’m on maternity leave and can dress casually every day!
I also got a pair of their new joga jeans, which I have to say, I love even more! They just arrived yesterday so I didn’t have a chance to take any photos, but the fabric is durable like jeans, but comfortable like sweatpants. No joke. They are made with a unique double-faced stretch weave where the top is woven like traditional denim and the underneath is a plush knit so it moves with your body without getting saggy. I adore my pair and can’t wait to wear them! (The pair I received has a high waist so it definitely didn’t button, but they were still incredibly soft and comfy!)
