Sharing some of my favorites for this past month, including some great sale/promos as part of Black Friday…check them out!
1- Happy feet. I always seem to have the coldest feet for whatever reason (anyone else?!), and I’ve been living in these wool/cashmere blend Everlane socks. They are legit the comfiest socks I’ve ever worn. Get free shipping on your order with this link.
My go-to on the comfiest athletic/everyday socks I have ever worn are definitely Bombas…no contest. (Get 25% off with this link.) I have also have been looking for a dressier winter boot and went with this wedge option and love them…plus, they are surprisingly comfortable and give me a nice boost in the height department! (In fact, they are part of a Black Friday sale today through Monday with code SHOP20. LOTS of great brands included in this sale, some of favorites being Madewell, Beyond Yoga, New Balance, BB Dakota, Z Supply, etc.)
2. Val Marie Paper. I just finished reading Grumpy Mom Takes a Holiday. It was SO so good and really what I needed to hear these days, giving me a renewed passion in my prayer life. That said, I plan to purchase Val’s SpringBoard Prayers for myself this weekend. All of her journals are so beautiful and thoughtfully made and would make such nice gifts! Her shop is 20% off tomorrow and Saturday, and $5 shipping deal on Cyber Monday. (Use this link for $5 off your first order of $50.)
3. All the animal print. Walmart knocked it outta the park with this one. I grabbed this leopard coatigan and it is a nice quality, thick but not bulky and under $25! Looks sleek with all black underneath, or layered with a chambray shirt or even a white tee! And along the same leopard theme, loving this hair tie and this cute pouch set (<–on sale!).
4. Family room refresh. When COVID first hit, Tyler and I decided to paint our eat-in kitchen area/family room. Looking back at it, I have no idea how we found the energy, but we did it bit by bit after the boys went to sleep. It used to be a camel/khaki color and we opted for a light, airy gray. The space looks SO much better now, and I’ve been slowly adding pieces to refresh the room, like pillows/blankets, etc. We added a light fixture, which the room never had before and it really made a difference! The most recent additions have been this wool blend rug and this wall shelf from Birch Lane, which is having a major Black Friday sale with tons of markdowns, like the pieces I got at almost 50% off. I can’t wait to style the shelf…that will go on the wall directly next to our eat-in kitchen area. Such a great refresh and SO happy with the space…we spend a lot of time here so a fresh coat of paint and updating a few pieces kept it within budget and a spot where we love to hang!
