As a stay at home/work at home Mom, you can usually find me in workout or athleisure any day of the week. It’s comfy and ideal to have on so I can squeeze in a workout without having to change my outfit. So today, I thought I’d share some of my favorite brands and where I get it from since I’ve been getting questions from people on where I get my workout wear. From budget friendly to splurge worthy, I got ya covered!
Budget friendly finds:
Old Navy // They always have fun prints, and typically you’ll see activewear sales fairly regularly. The rose pink leggings in the upper right are awesome and have the cell phone pocket on the side, which I am a huge fan of.
Costco // I’ve had good luck with cute tops, sweatshirt and leggings there. Super affordable too and you can order online! Got the capris and leggings in the bottom two photos from there! The blue leggings are from the brand Tuff Athletics. LOVE them.
Target // Another go to for reasonably priced workout wear. Target is discontinuing their Champion C9 line and bringing in a new brand, All in Motion. Which I am curious to try. PS- The leopard print leggings (top left) are super comfy.
Sports bra: Zella makes a great high neck sports bra I love. I typically buy them via Nordstrom (or Poshmark…use code VPSTYLE23 for $10 off your first purchase!)
Headband: I always reach for my Maven Thread headbands to keep my hair out of my face. They are also sold on Amazon! (They have cute workout wear too like these shorts…LOVE!)
Mid priced workout wear:
Kiava // This woman-owned business is great, and I love their stuff! My favorite items are their striped capris and leggings as you can see from above. They also have super cute swimwear, too. I love their endurance bra and battle rope bra too (pink featured on bottom right photo).
Splurge worthy finds:
Peloton // I love my Peloton, and I love their workout wear just as much. They collaborate with some great brands like Lululemon and Athleta too. (If you are considering purchasing a Peloton, please let me know if you have any questions– and use my code KCSBNB to get $100 off accessories!)
Lululemon // Definitely not budget friendly, but I recently discovered their outlet location…and it is GOOD. I got the leggings featured in the top right photo, along with pants, a skirt, sports bra and bike shorts. The quality can’t be beat compared to the budget friendly brands over the long haul.
Beyond Yoga & Terez // I typically shop brands like these at Shopbop. The crop top and leopard leggings in the bottom left photo are from there. They also have other good brands like Alala, Onzie.
Girlfriend Collective // I recently discovered this sustainably made company with beautiful basics. I love their Paloma bra, which is made from recycled water bottles and featured in the top left photo. Take $10 off your first purchase with this link.

Disclosure: I’m sure most of you know by now, these posts contain affiliate links in them. When you use the links I share with you to make a purchase, I make a small commission (but it doesn’t cost you any extra money). It’s like giving me a tip for my styling ideas, except the companies you buy from are the ones paying for it. I always want to be open and honest with you about those things so I thought it was a good time to call that out! I never want you to buy things you don’t need, but if I help you find something your wardrobe is missing and can show you how to wear it in a way that you’re excited about, I really appreciate you using my links—it makes it possible for me to be a stay-at-home, work-at-home mom and it means the world to me. Thank you for your support!
I would LOVE for you to do a whole post on your Peloton – favorite classes, pros/cons to owning one, etc! I am STRONGLY considering purchasing one – I am a single mom and want to be able to get a good workout in at home. I have a treadmill and elliptical (rarely use the elliptical) but the biking and competitive aspect have me very interested.
That’s a fantastic idea Rachel! I’ll add that to my list to do soon!
I honestly can’t recommend it enough– best investment I made for myself in so many ways. And IDEAL for Moms that want to get in an efficient workout without leaving the house. If you get the membership and bike, you would have access to all their classes- so you could do the treadmill classes (bootcamp, running) which is what I do and I LOVE it. Used it for half marathon training, etc. It’s amazing. In the meantime, please don’t hestitate to email me with specific questions: thestylefilesblog (at) gmail.com. Happy to help! (And if you do purchase, be sure to use my referral code KCSBNB for $100 towards accessories– it’s a no brainer!)
