Rounding up some favorites from this past month…check ’em out!

Wearing: all the neutrals, creams and animal print crossbody, an impulse buy at Target. #sorrynotsorry
Also, found the cutest wool blend Pendleton coat from Costco and high top cozy sneakers from Walmart under $30!
Finding style inspo from Young House Love when I feel like I’m in a style rut…because this is basically my wardrobe (pieces & color palette) and she remixes it for me and gives me new ideas!

Gifting: Yes, I’m already starting to think about gifts. I want to start early so I can be present in the ever-busy holiday season. My go-to gift for teachers, friends, etc. is a Geometry towel (they are so good) and a prayer journal or book from Val Marie Paper (get $5 off your order here). It’s a great combo and they both serve a great purpose in their own way!
And now through Nov 22nd, Geometry is having their big Black Friday sale. Stock up for yourself, gifts for friends, family, teachers, etc. Whether it’s kitchen towels, dishcloths, yoga or beach towels or their new bath collection, there is something for everyone! Use my code to get 35% off your order plus a free tote (while supplies last). Shop now with code ValerieP15.
Another honorable (and hilarious) mention: these pet canvas portraits. Too funny.

Eating: I’m such a fan of soup & chili during this season. So easy, feeds a crowd and leftovers can be thrown in the freezer for a quick meal later on. This chopper has saved me SO much time in prep (and makes things uniform, because I don’t have those knife skillz.)
Also, this chocolate is some of the best I’ve had in a LONG time. Two thumbs up.

And…this is hands down the tastiest granola I’ve ever had. The flavors are LEGIT and they are clean and plant-based. I’ll take one of each please. Get 20% off online here. They can also be found at Target and Walmart according to their website.

Viewing: our monthly Chatbooks. We just love thumbing through the pages vs. scrolling on a phone. If you haven’t started a monthly Chatbooks subscription, it’s the perfect time. With beautiful fall moments and the holidays coming up, your phone will quickly fill up. Just download the app straight from your phone, upload pics, send books to print and get them delivered to your door. Seriously so easy! They also make such great gifts for the holidays. Perfect for the one who is hard to buy for or already has everything. You can gift a subscription or a book. Use code STYLEFILES for 20% off anything (even a subscription!)

Refreshing: the boys’ bathroom, with a little refresh and “big kid” vibe. New shower curtain, fun wall art along with a black bath mat + storage bins to organize all the things…all for under $60!
