1. Polka dot popover- A.Thread– gift card via blog giveaway (paid $1 to cover extra cost + shipping)
LOVE the colors of this top– can’t wait to wear this beauty!
2. Neon striped infinity scarf- A. Thread– $0, gift card via blog giveaway
Wearing it now as I type this post :-) I am starting to love infinity scarfs…this is my second infinity scarf besides my leopard print one.
3. Cream cami- Loft- $11.70
Picked this up during a 40% off sale. Needed to replace my old cami that was too big anyways…I like layering this under sheer tops as opposed to tanks with thicker straps.
4. Hunter rain boots- Shoes.com– $78.69
I had been counting on upgrading my rain boots at some point and this deal was too good to pass up. These boots are MUCH higher quality than the two pairs of Target rain boots that I’ve gone through already. Plus, they come up all the way to my knee so they keep my pants protected and make my legs look longer!
5. Cargo vest- Kohl’s – gift from Mom
Audrey recently featured an outfit with a cargo vest and I really think it’s a versatile layering piece. I already wear my cargo jacket practically every day but wanted something that was sleeveless. Luckily, my Mom was able to find one!
6. Striped dress- Loft – $41.70 (40% off)
I LOVE this dress! The colors are gorgeous together and you can change the look by adding a jean jacket, blazer, cardigan or even a cargo vest. I foresee myself wearing this a lot for upcoming weddings and other events as it is a bit more of a dressy cocktail dress versus other dresses I wear to work.
7. White porcelain print dress- Target – On clearance for $13 (had a $5 coupon and gift carded the rest)
All of the dresses I own seem to be dark in color so I was excited to branch out and go lighter with this one! Let’s just hope I don’t have a bad experience with spaghetti sauce or anything else that can leave a stain!
8. Shorts- Old Navy– $10
I really needed to add some shorts to my wardrobe that actually fit, so I picked these up with some SuperCash I earned from last month. They are a 5″ inseam, which seems to be a perfect length.
9. Shorts- Old Navy– $10
I love the print, but the inseam is 3.5″, so we will see how I end up liking these.
10. Red rugby dress- Target – gift from my Mom (on clearance)
I loved the yellow striped version I bought in May so much that I got a red one!
11. Vintage tees- Old Navy– $34.79
Besides old race t-shirts and other random shirts from college, I don’t really have any tees that are plain or could be dressed up. In April, Old Navy was having a crazy B1G1F sale on tees, so I got two of their vintage tees. I them proceeded to wear them almost every day. The fit is fantastic and they are a great price. So, I had some SuperCash to use so I picked up several tees! What can I say, when I like something, I get it in multiple colors! (Also not pictured is a slate gray tee.)
So…drumroll please!
Total June spending= $187.88 under budget by $12.12!

love all of these! and i am loving infinity scarves too, i have several but i have been looking for a leopard print one!
i found you through h54f!
Thanks for reading Lauren! I love my leopard print infinity scarf– I got mine at Old Navy in the fall- I’m guessing there will be a lot more of that print when it hits September!
Wow you did an awesome job this month and got some really great things! Love the hunters, I can’t believe you got them for $78.
xo, Yi-chia
Always Maylee
Thanks Yi-chia! Yeah, I couldn’t believe it either :-) Now I’m excited for it to rain!!
Oh my gosh, that popover top is adorable!!
Thanks! Yeah I was glad I won the gift card– I knew that was EXACTLY what I wanted!
You got some great stuff! Love the Loft and Target dresses :)
How did I miss that you got hunters for half price?! dang girl, nice work!
Yeah I’m super proud of that deal! Gotta love Ebates.com!!
Cute! I really like the striped dress from LOFT, and I’ve heard nothing but good things about the vintage tees from Old Navy. I have yet to try them for myself, though! I am okay on tees for now, but next time I’m in need, I’ll have to try them out!
Thanks- the colors of the Loft dress really drew me to it…and you can never have enough tees! What brand do you prefer?
I’ve tried lots of different tees…but my latest batch are “dressy tees” from Target. I like them, but they’re a little clingy (not a relaxed fit), and sometimes I want something a little looser for those random bloated days, you know? I bet the Old Navy vintage tees would be perfect for that :)
#6 + 7 = cute dresses!
#5 is exactly waht I have been looking for! I need to head to Kohls and get that!
I love it! I knew I wanted a vest but wanted to make sure it was feminine and I think the bow does the trick for me! :-)
Wow, you got some great stuff! I can’t believe the deal you got on the Hunter boots! I think you’ll get a ton of wear out of the cargo vest, too. Getting one is always kind of in the back of my mind, but I never really seem to see any in stores, ah well. (p.s. I’m a new follower!)
Thanks Inge! Yeah I am excited for the rain haha! And you’re right- I think the vest will be a closet staple- especially in the summer when I don’t want to wear my cargo jacket. Thanks for reading!
How does the Target dress fit? It is so pretty but Target dresses can be a little weird for me. Thank you!
The white Target dress fits ok- I wear a Medium and it’s a little roomy on the top but the belted waist helps pull it together. As for the red dress, it fits true to size, except the sleeves are a little snug. Also- be careful when you wash it- mine shrunk a little bit- be sure to line dry- whoops :-)
