Annnd I’m back! I’ve been MIA lately, but for a good reason. I went on a cruise with my husband to the Western Caribbean! It was so nice to just unplug from emails, work, general responsibilities, etc. Our days consisted of sleeping in, eating, reading/getting some sun, napping, eating, laughing…oh, and did I mention eating?! We really had a blast!
So now that I am back to reality, I wanted to reminisce about the great weather and general awesomeness and show you a few of the outfits I wore…most of these are the more formal dinner photos since I was in either a bathing suit or workout clothes or sundresses.
#1- Travel outfit (I wore jeans from Chicago then changed into shorts.)
#2- Black print dress for dinner
#3- Formal night dinner at the specialty restaurant (it was so cold- glad I brought the scarf!)
#4- Pink lace top with white pants for dinner
#5- First port of call- Grand Cayman Islands– did a tour of a rum distillery and tasted rum and rum cakes!
#6- Remixed pink lace top with black cropped pants for dinner and a show
#7- Travel day (remixed the tank again and added a sweater and jeans since the airport AC is always so cold!)

Back to reality…. wa waaaaa! Sorry if I don’t post as often but it’s probably because I’m playing catch up and digging out of “e-mail jail” at work and catching up on all that fun stuff- laundry, bills, cleaning, working out, etc. Speaking of working out, did you know the average cruiser gains 1-2 pounds a DAY?! Holy cow! Luckily, I managed to log 14 miles on the treadmill while I was there (which was something to be proud of…really hard to stay on it with a swaying boat!) However, I still ended up gaining a few pounds…oops. Time to get back to my workout routine and stock the fridge full of healthy options!
