Chartreuse. Super pretty color, but super tough to spell, right?!
Anyways, this lovely chartreuse sweater is a recent addition to my closet, and it’s probably the brightest article of clothing I own at this point. I wore it with jeans before and loved the look, but wanted a way to wear this at work since I had to go a bit more dressy since for a Board of Directors meeting where I arranged out first press conference…eek! (Don’t worry- it ended up going well…we got a couple of great stories in the local press- woo hoo!)

What really completed the outfit was the skirt. I had to make a quick stop at Target for a few items recently and HAD to stop in the clothing section, where everything there is on clearance right now! When I found this skirt, I knew it was a perfect match for the sweater….and it was 70% off! I paid $6.88 for this bad boy! Score!

Nice score on the skirt! I was at the Target in Gurnee last Monday and EVERYTHING was on sale. I took a quick look then backed out of there. LOL. I don’t need any new clothes, despite WANTING them! ;)

Yeah, I couldn’t believe it when I saw the price. It was slim pickins’ at my Target just last week but you never know! (And they had a coral version as well but didn’t have my size. Boo!)
