Happy Easter to all of you! I’m in Wisconsin spending time with the family this weekend…hope all of you are enjoying this wonderful day!
So despite the Easter holiday and any traveling you might have had to do, were you able to get your workouts in?
Here’s my workout log for Week 12 (March 25-31):
March 25: 55 min, 5.75 mile treadmill routine
March 26: 60 min bootcamp: unilateral leg pyramid
March 27: 60 min bootcamp: shoulders, back and core calamity
March 28: 60 min bootcamp: speed, agility, quickness/power
March 29: rest
March 30: 60 min bootcamp: ultimate upper body burn
March 31: rest
Aren’t the names of these bootcamp workouts crazy?! I didn’t make these up- those were the themes of each workout provided by the trainer! I was glad I was able to get a longer run in to prep for the 10k race next week and really enjoyed this week’s mix of bootcamp sessions…challenging and always something different!
So a little while back, I noticed that Kim of ilaxSTUDIO had a fantastic medal display from Allied Medal Displays. I was so impressed by how awesome they looked that I had to have one!
Allied Medal Displays has a huge array of original stainless steel medal displays, ranging from cityscapes to displays for runners, triathletes, marathoners and more! There are so many options to choose from and you can even customize your own! Each display is made from stainless steel and have the most intricate details. They really made your hardware pop!
Check out their Facebook page to see customer-submitted photos of their product and how people display their medals (they are also running a contest where you can submit a photo of your display for a chance to win another display!)
I ended up choosing the Cityscape Female medal hanger and opted to add three additional bars so it would hold more medals. The display is really heavy duty stainless steel and came with all the mounting hardware and instructions. However, I opted not to drill four holes in the wall. Instead, my handy husband came up with this backer board to really make the display pop!

This medal hanger combined with the hooks was perfect for me to display my running accomplishments…I think it looks amazing- truly a work of art!Previously, my medals were sitting in a box collecting dust. But now they are displayed in such a fun way…it really motivates me to keep running and get some more to add to my collection!

Whoa! I actually have three medal displays from them but had no idea they could do the three rows of hanger bars on one holder! I’m almost out of wall space so one like that would be perfect for me.

Thanks so much for hosting this giveaway! I love all things Disney so I would absolutely love the Disney-themed hanger that says “Every Mile Is Magic.”
Wow. That is brilliant that they have rows now. Mine is SO freaking full. I need one with rows.I really like “I can go for miles.” I wonder if you can get the additional rows on it.
