I’ve had this fun geometric print skirt in my closet for the longest time. But lately, it was feeling lonely and neglected so I dug it out of my closet and wore it to work!
I paired it with one of my cocoon sweaters, which happened to be a perfect match!

This outfit seems very festive…perfect office attire for Valentine’s Day actually!
Speaking of, do you dress up to celebrate the holidays at work?! You know, wear green for St. Patrick’s Day, red for Valentine’s Day, etc?
Our office decided to do a gaudy glitter/ugly Christmas sweater day around the holidays last year and everyone got a kick out of it! (Do you like the awkward family photo pose? We like to keep it fun around here!)
Where’s your workplace flair?!

I sometimes think dressing up like that is fun! I accidentally wore an all pink dress last year for Valentine’s Day ;)
Yeah it’s fun to join in on the holiday festivities at work (even if it’s to make fun of it with an ugly sweater holiday party!) :-) Did people heckle you for wearing pink on V-Day?
I really love that skirt! And you paired it up perfectly. Looks like you have an awesome office to work in.
Thanks Alison! It really is a fun group to work with…it makes all the difference!
Love it! http://www.ordinaryinspirations.blogspot.com/2013/02/what-i-wore-wednesday-via-pleated-poppy.html
Thanks so much- love your recent week of outfit posts too!
Cocoon sweaters are awesome. There is nothing wrong with festive holiday wear, although your outfit could be worn anytime
