I’m finally getting around to the second installment of What I Wore to Work! This week was a little different than most as I was prepping for an exciting work event. Each year, my company holds a 5k/walkathon to raise money for local nonprofits. Our company donated $100 to one of three nonprofit partners for every employee that signed up to participate. This year over 600 employees participated, making it a record turnout! Needless to say, my outfits were a bit more casual and built for comfort since I was assisting in all that fun stuff like packet stuffing and pick up. Lesson learned: make good shoe choices for occasions like this. I now keep a pair of flats in my cube just in case!

I’m a sucker for yellow and stripes, so Thursday’s outfit is definitely my favorite. Also loving Monday’s outfit with those adorable leopard print flats and that pop of seafoam…very cute :)
That striped dress is SO comfortable! I definitely bought it in red too :-) Thanks for reading Charlotte!
That is so cool that they donate so much for the event and that so many employees do it!
It really is special! Glad to work for a place that wants to make an impact in their local community!! (Just wish I could have run in it– oh well!)

I really like the BR Outlet tank and The Limited outlet pants. I’m guessing you made it to the Fashion Outlets, huh? :-)
It was pretty cool I have to say ;-) And YES I made it out there! I was SO impressed with the facility..especially those parking space lights! AMAZING!

What a cool week of work!!!
I like the printed pants outfit- you rock them! I couldn’t pull those off- my booty is way to ghetto. :)
It was definitely a fun way to ease in and meet some people at the organization! And yeah I think the printed pants would look more streamlined with a high heel instead of a flat to de-emphasize the boo-tay! :-)

Found you through stylelixir’s link up! I have to say, my fav are tuesday’s outfit and the BR maxi dress. You have rocked them all though, especially the horizontal striped dress? Wow! so pretty.
Thank you so much! I have been looking for AGES for a maxi dress that fit me right…I love this one from BR! The Loft striped dress is super fun–I know they made a navy/orange version for this year’s fall line- so pretty!
Love those printed pants!
