Again, another busy week (and overall low energy) so I didn’t hit my 5 workouts-a-week goal…but it happens! I was really happy that I fit in a workout in my hotel room on Friday, which I needed after surviving on the not-so-healthy food that was being served at the debate tournament over the past few days.
In other workout-related news, I saw a great deal from a local fitness place and took advantage with 3 other coworkers. It’s called the “21 Day Skinny Jeans Formula.” Basically, you attend 3-5 high intensity boot camp style workouts each week. They also provide what they call “very STRICT but EFFECTIVE eating guidelines for 21 days.” (I’m worried about that part but I can always adjust it accordingly!) They say the program is designed to melt fat, lose 8-12 pounds (we’ll see about that) and tone your butt, hips, thighs and waist. And best yet? The 21 days will end right before we leave for our cruise! First class starts tomorrow…wish me luck! My coworkers and I coordinated schedules and plan to hold each other accountable so I’m hoping it will go well!
