Dress: NY & Company (on clearance at the outlet for $20 dollas! Cue the Thrift Shop song!)
Blazer: Old Navy
Tank: Old Navy
Boots: Target
I love this wrap dress. Not only because I got it on clearance for $20, but the geometric pattern is so charming! The dress is super comfortable and stretches, which is the bombdiggity. And if I’m ever feeling bloated or am having a “fat day,” I know this dress will fit nicely and still make me look put together. Score!
I wore this dress to Madison last week when I presented at a conference. Stylish & professional, yet comfy…that’s the goal, right?!
I seriously think that the wrap dress should be a staple in every woman’s wardrobe. Why? Because the style/fit of wrap dresses make them ideal for nearly every body type. They literally look great on everyone! And wrap dresses come in so many types of fabric that they can be worn in all seasons and for all different kinds of occasions. In fact, I have a couple wrap dresses in my closet- from cotton sleeveless to rayon/spandex 3/4 sleeve. And really, these can be worn in any season with the right accessories or layers. Check out this site for tips on how to select the perfect wrap dress.
Here’s some cute wrap dresses from some of my favorite stores:

Hmmm, a wrap dress is one of the things I don’t actually own! Yours is very flattering, though. I really like it with the blazer, too.
Thanks Erin! Yeah I highly recommend them- such a go-to closet staple and so versatile!

Thanks! Yeah so comfy but also professional for the office..it’s a win win! :-)
wrap dresses are totally great on days like those. or any day really. especially in that fabric that won’t wrinkle no matter what you do to it. it will always look perfect and flattering no matter what.
Totally- that’s why I think it’s a closet staple for sure!
I love wrap dresses! And I agree they’re really suit all body types; I need to get the perfect fit and length otherwise they shrink me :P I’m 5’2 so I’m hyper of anything that makes me shorter like dress lengths and vertical stripes. Haha
Exactly!!
Loving your green dress…and yes, wrap dresses are SO flattering!
