*Photos taken at 18 weeks. Dress: Target | Belt: Target| Tights: Target (maternity)| Boots: Aldo (option) This dress was a recent impulse buy in my November clothing budget. Why? Well, it’s super comfy sweatshirt material, and it’s hugs the bump nicely. Oh yeah, and it was on clearance at my local Target for about 7 bucks. Winner winner chicken dinner. I’ve worn this dress three times already, including to Thanksgiving with the family. Here, I added cognac boots and a matching bow Read More
Red Rugby Dress
So I’ve been on a bit of a red kick lately, but luckily it’s around the 4th of July so it makes sense! (See other recent red looks here and here.) I decided to wear this red rugby dress with a tie waist to work. It’s super comfortable…almost as comfortable as PJs. Since I felt so laid back in it, I decided to add the blazer for work to step it up a notch. I feel like our dress code definitely gets to be more relaxed during the summer months…and especially during short work weeks when the Read More

Messy Hair Don’t Care and a Target Crepe Shift Dress
I wore this outfit on Monday, after our long weekend at the cabin. Needless to say, it was one of those days where I struggled to get back into the ‘ol work routine and was running late- so I just let my hair air dry and threw on this Merona Target Crepe Shift Dress by Merona get and layered it with a blazer over it. Perfect for the humidity (and for the blasting AC in side the office!) Shop the look: Blazer- Target (also worn here in one of my favorite outfits to date) Dress- Target Read More

Pink Blazer Remix & Life this Week
I’ve had these photos waiting to be posted for a while…clearly, my pink blazer is getting a ton of wear! Check out this pink blazer remix: The left features a navy linen skirt for a spring look, then I transitioned it to more of a “casual Friday” look with trouser jeans for the middle look. The last look features the blazer over my black polka dot dress, which you can see better here: I got the blazer from Target last fall—it’s a heavier fabric so I’m not sure how much longer into Read More

Yoplait versus Chobani Greek Yogurt Taste-Off!
Since I’ve been doing the Hungry Girl diet, many breakfast options include Greek yogurt. And no wonder- it’s packed full of protein and keeps you full until lunch! I’ve been sticking with the recommended plain Greek yogurt as the base and then you customize it based on the recipe—add fruit, nuts, cereal as toppings, etc. But now that the HG diet will be over this week, I plan to continue to have Greek yogurt for breakfast…or even as a snack or dessert. But I’d love to broaden my horizons Read More
