Workout in Style
This summer, my workout routine has been pretty...routine. I typically aim to do 5 workouts a week, with 2-3 days being running, 1-2 days for Pure Barre classes, and another day is typically doing strength training at a group exercise class at work (i.e.- Muscle Scuplt or Tabata).
