I recently picked up this tie-waist shirt dress from Target.  I love it!  It's super comfy (I mean, it's called a "shirt dress" so how could it not be comfy?!)  I wore it to work with an infinity scarf since it's always so cold there!  But a statement necklace would look great with it too! The tie defines the waist and there is even a zipper in the back to make it a little nicer than a standard shirt dress.  I would even consider removing the tie that comes with it and wear it with my Read More
