I love dresses--especially in the summer.  I'll take them over shorts or capris any day!  I just think they are wayyy more comfortable and always seem to fit better. I found this one at Target in the juniors clearance section, which I usually never shop in but I was instantly drawn to the cut and color of the dress...not to mention the polka dots!  I added a belt to tie the outfit together a bit more and seriously want to wear this dress every day.
