November 2014 Clothing Budget

Nov 2014 clothing budget

Now that I’m nearly half way through my pregnancy (ahhh!), I’ve noticed the bump getting larger and many of my clothes aren’t fitting very well.  (It’s all about comfort at this point…and warmth.)  Needless to say, I stocked up on some more maternity essentials.  I took advantage of Old Navy’s pre-Black Friday sale and got some great deals, which took up the majority of my budget.

nov 2014- workwear
November 2014 Clothing Budget:

WORKWEAR:
–Black & white striped knit shift dress: $7
It’s not maternity, but fits well and is super comfortable.  And at 70% off, was totally worth it.
–Maternity full panel skinny jeans: $15
SO comfortable.  I can’t even tell you.  Got for 40% off!
–Maternity full panel skinny cords: $21
–Maternity belted sweater: $18
–Maternity side ruched cowl sweater: $17

nov 2014- activewear ACTIVEWEAR:
–Maternity active 1/4 zip top: $20
–Maternity active smocked side tank: $12
–Running for two tank: $25
This was a total impulse purchase.  I love the For Two Fitness clothing and saw this on eBay and got it for half off!
–Champion dot leggings: $20
Not maternity, but just sized up.  Love me a fun pair of running tights!
–Maternity active compression pants: $22

nov 2014- essentials ESSENTIALS/MISC:
–Maternity jersey leggings: $10
I’ve been wearing my black leggings from last month a TON and wanted to add another pair into the rotation so I wasn’t constantly doing laundry.  I actually like this pair better than the ones from October!
–Maternity patterned waffle-knit leggings: $11.50
Seriously, how cute (and cozy) are these?!
–Fleece robe: $24
I had never owned a robe.  How is that possible?!  I’ve been freezing lately so this was a much welcomed addition!
–Maternity hooded long quilted coat: $35 (non-maternity version here…comes in black and salamander)
Perhaps the best purchase this month.  I mentioned in my 18 week bumpdate that my current parka is getting tight, so I was lucky enough to snag one of these coats (it was constantly in and out of stock…VERY popular coat.)  Super flattering with the belted waist and very warm…and I got it for such a steal!

A large part of that is due to the incredible staff and teachers like @carrie_dorst that pulls double duty not only as an amazing teacher day in and day out, but also as a disinfecting, social distancing, safety checking guru! We are so blessed to have people that care like you in our school, Carrie! Thank you for all you do! ♥️ Nominate a teacher to win a box of @sambucol products (teachers need all the immune

    • #ad No matter what your dietary preferences might be, give @planetoat a try! I started a few years ago when I ditched the coffee creamer and now opt for a non dairy option. Planet Oat now has unsweetened flavors (original and vanilla) with zero grams of sugar and just 45 calories per serving! The taste is great, creamy and works well straight up in a glass, in coffee as a creamer substitute or mixed in a smoothie or overnight oats. • We enjoyed some gorgeous greenery at the domes today. It was like we were on a tropical island with all the lush vegetation... almost In awe of such beauty, especially when snow is stacked high and temps are so low all around us.
