Sharing a few things we’ve been buying, gifting, using and eating on repeat it seems…and all available via good ‘ol Amazon. Enjoy!
Boudreaux’s Rash Kicking Kit– * After Blake was born, one thing I realized I needed was diaper rash ointment, and I quickly learned they aren’t all created equal. Boudreaux’s Butt Paste products are hands down amazing. It works fast and creates a barrier to keep future wetness out, relieving diaper rash discomfort on contact. It’s also free of dyes, parabens, preservatives and talc. They recently came out with the Rash Kicking Kit, which is a sweet little comprehensive set (perfect for a gift!) and includes a mess-free silicone applicator butt brush. That thing is AWESOME! It gets the product on smoothly, easily and doesn’t leave any on my hands, a huge plus! The butt brush even has a suction cup for quick storage between uses so it won’t make a mess. We lay ours on the diaper changing table and it props itself right up.
Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer and Volumizer– I’m a total novice when it comes to styling my hair, or even blow drying it with a brush for that matter. After reading Kate’s review and the rave reviews on the Peloton Mom’s Facebook group (yes, that’s a thing), I had to try it. And guys, it doesn’t disappoint. It is a bit clunky/large to hold, but it works wonders! Had my hair dry and styled in under 10 minutes. Total win.
Kinderperfect– This is a parents party card game inspired by Cards Against Humanity. I played this with a group of parents and it was downright hilarious. Do yourself a favor and grab this for your next parents (or moms) night. Lots of laughs for sure.
When Life Gives You Lululemons– Ok, technically I didn’t get from Amazon, I grabbed from my library…but in any case, I am almost halfway through this book and love it. Fun, light reading and a great storyline. I’ve been trying to read a couple chapters before bed instead of mindlessly browsing on social media on my phone and it’s been so much more relaxing. I feel like I even sleep a bit more soundly too!
OXO Adjustable Measuring Cup– I love to bake in the kitchen, and wish I had one of these sooner! It’s perfect for recipes requiring peanut butter, honey and other sticky ingredients since the silicone disk acts as a squeegee. Works with dry ingredients too and is dishwasher safe. I’ve made these no-bake lactation balls. And see it in action here.
Mad Mattr– This modeling compound is MUCH better compared to PlayDoh. It sticks to itself (not you) and can be shaped easily. Although a bit pricey, it doesn’t dry out no matter how long it is left out so it can be used over and over again. It’s non-toxic and available in 6 colors. Bryce and I love playing with this stuff (a great open-ended item that encourages creativity), and it’s my go-to gift for a birthday present.
