Have you heard of Birchbox? It’s a subscription service where you get samples of the latest and greatest products for hair, skin and nails mailed to you each month for just $10 (including shipping!)
The Birchbox comes in a cute little box, which can be repurposed/reused. The bright tissue paper is a nice touch too!
Here’s what else I had:
DDF® Wrinkle Resist Plus Pore Minimizer Moisturizing Serum– it fill pores and wrinkles for a smoother overall look and a cocktail of vitamins regenerate the skin’s surface and moisturizes the skin.
Kérastase Elixir Ultime – Protect- it contains four essential oils that leave your hair super shiny and manageable, no matter what hair type you have. It can be used as a pre-shampoo treatment or leave-in conditioner. I look forward to trying this over the weekend!
Juicy Couture – Viva La Juicy– it has a fruity, floral fragrance. I am very particular about fragrances and getting a spritz on a piece of paper isn’t enough for me (especially when my nostrils are filled with all the other scents at the makeup counter!) I love having a trial size to test out to see if I want to commit to a particular fragrance. I even keep it in my purse in case I want to spritz myself i.e.- after the gym when I have to run to errands afterwards.
theBalm® cosmetics Hot Mama Shadow & Blush All-in-One– This peachy pink powder has a subtle infusion of golden shimmer to give off a 3D effect. It also works as a shadow and highlighter all in one. I have been using it the past few days and it looks absolutely INCREDIBLE versus my previous blushes (which were Clinique and Bare Escentuals).
Kérastase Nutritive Nectar Thermique – Protect-This hair treatment revitalizes parched strands and split ends and provides protection against heat styling and claims to improve the performance of your tools. You simply apply this to damp hair and style as usual.

You also earn points whenever you purchase something so you can get free stuff! And you can refer friends/family and earn points towards future purchases too! It’s a win win for everyone!
You can even give Birchbox as a gift to someone (and they have a men’s edition too!) I’m thinking the 3 month Birchbox gift subscription would be a great gift for my sister-in-law in college. What college kid wouldn’t want a care package like this?!
Do you get Birchboxes? What was in yours this month?
