What’s been on my mind (or Instagram feed lately…)
Made these Strawberry Shortcake Smoothies from Iowa Girl Eats for breakfast—so refreshing and tasty!
The many faces of Bryce-a-roni…seriously, I could just stare at him all day!
Enjoying some sunrise snuggles while Izzy holds down the fort. What a great big sister!
Naked baby. Because, well, so much cute.
My first walk solo with Bryce and Izzy. Went well, and I am glad we practiced before Bryce was born with the stroller. Still could use more hands, though. It’s tough!
Spruced up the office with this wood plank US map from Hobby Lobby…love it! Next project will be to make a gallery wall on the other side of the office, which is currently empty. Want a mix of frames, canvas and a few other things like this to round out the wall. Lots of baby photos, that’s for sure!
Izzy has been such a great big sister lately, and I haven’t been able to give her as much attention as I had pre-baby. Luckily, the folks at chewy.com sent over a little care package of treats and a toy, and she was one happy pup!
Babywearing. It’s a thing, and let me tell you, it’s awesome to have some free hands! I have the Baby K’Tan right now, but just snagged an Ergo Baby carrier on Zulily on crazy sale, and I think it might be a little easier to use…
Linking up with Olives & Wine.
My five week old daughter makes those pursed lip faces too. I love to watch at her when she’s first waking up- makes the best faces. : )
Isn’t it the cutest?! They really are mesmerizing!
Baby wearing is seriously the best! It really is the only way to get anything done! Love that wood US plank! Very cool!
You said it! It’s like another set of hands! And I could spend a lot of money at Hobby Lobby…and Target- my two vices. :-)
Oh my goodness he is so adorable!
Thanks Katie…I think so too :-)
I’ve been making strawberry-banana protein smoothies all week. Now I’ll have to add vanilla and cashews!
It really transforms the smoothie! And lemon zest gives it that extra zing!
I actually pinned that same smoothie recipe (I’ve been reading IGE for years!). Glad to hear it’s a winner!
Don’t you just love IGE?! I have a ton of her recipes pinned that I still have to get to…hopefully soon! All her recipes are winners!
