Let’s pretend like it wasn’t below freezing when I wore this to work. I was clearly in denial that it was snowing earlier this week. But nothing like a little lace, bright colors and cropped pants to pretend that it’s spring time, right?!
Today, we Chicagoans welcome spring with 25 degrees and a windchill of 15 or so.
Mother Nature…what have we done to pi$$ you off?!

What are you most looking forward to for spring?
I can’t wait to start running outside, see my tulips bloom, and wear lots of pastels and florals. That probably means I should get a head start on getting a pedicure and self-tanner lotion so I don’t scare people with my plain toes and pasty white skin from the winter! :-)

Great look!!!! It is still a little bit cold in DC as well, but wearing my lace dress also made me feel that spring is here!

Thanks Agi- yeah bring on spring already!!
I’m just looking forward to the day when I can walk outside without a coat on and not freeze to death. That’s all I want, really.
Absolutely! But I think it might be a while unfortunately :-(
I am so angry with Chicago right now. The first day of spring was not very pleasant. Here’s hoping spring shows herself soon! Love that top paired with the pink cardigan!
I KNOW! I heard something about snow in the next few days…YUCK! Thanks for reading Lindsay!
