Favorites Lately: Chillin at Home Edition

Hi there! Today, I’m sharing a few of my favorites lately, all centered around being comfy and cozy at home…because aren’t we all these days?!

PLAYING // New Phone Who Dis + Time’s Up
Both of these games came recommended by my sister-in-law (she has the BEST taste in games), and they certainly don’t disappoint. It’s fun to play with a small group and is guaranteed lots of laughs!


WEARING // Everlane slippers + leggings + sports bra
Everlane just released the most cozy slippers. I love that they have a solid rubber outsole so you can wear to grab the mail outside, etc. These would actually make a great Christmas gift, and even a pair of their wool cashmere socks! Beyond that, I have been living in Everlane’s Perform line- their leggings and sports bras are top notch. Read my review here.



WATCHING // Hallmark Christmas movies
I don’t know what it is, but I absolutely love all the Hallmark holiday movies. I already started and I regret nothing. Such a feel good pick-me-up! (Another recent, lighthearted series I enjoyed? Emily in Paris on Netflix.)


DRINKING // Costco Sangria
A friend of mine had me try this sangria from Costco, and it is SO good! It’s best with some fresh fruit in it, and it’s only $7! Plus, the glass bottle can be reused as a water vessel…keep them chilled in the fridge then bring them out and set on the table for easy refills.


ENJOYING // Fires at home
We’ve had some amazing unseasonably warm weather lately, and with it getting dark by 5pm– we still want to be outside so we’ve been having fires and doing s’mores, playing with glow sticks, etc. We love our Solo Stove, which is great because you can use it on grass or your deck without any damage, and it creates much less smoke than a traditional bonfire. My husband purchased it a few years ago an it so happy with it!

DESIGNING // At the beginning of the pandemic, T and I repainted our kitchen/family room area. It was a big undertaking, but we did our work in the evenings once the kiddos went to bed and I LOVE the new look. We went from a dark khaki color to a light and bright gray. Now, I am dreaming of fun ways to design the new space! Next week, I’ll share photos with you. In the meantime, I’m loving these pieces from Birch Lane…they would be perfect in our space!
