Back to school, back to routine. I live in athleisure, and that is definitely the case when it comes to fall. With the kids back in school, I am trying to get my workouts done in the early morning before school or as soon as I get back from drop off. That means I’m wearing athleisure so I can jump from workout to being at school and still look semi put together.

Workout-wise, I have been doing the 80 Day Obsession program through Beachbody (Bodi). I have been LOVING it and am almost done with the 80 days. Nothing like some fresh workout wear to keep me motivated (along with some muscle and joint relief pain for those days when I’m super sore in the best way!)
